Real love between a Bank and its clients does not exist. Unless that Bank is 100% Digital and is called Brubank. The only Bank to which customers declare their love on the networks.

Idea

Decidimos corresponderles, a cada uno, pero en el mundo físico.

We decided to be reciprocate, to each one, but in the physical world.

When

On Valentine’s Day to take advantage of the conversation of the moment, of course.

How

Since we are a Bank in an APP, we send them our version of an engagement ring. a “ringo” and a card.

What did we achieve?

We managed to go from an insight of social networks to a LOYALTY action that rebounded to more positive conversation.
